Howdy, Neighbor!

The story of my baking history began with a simple curiosity about making bread for my own family and grew into late nights at cooking and baking school, and eventually an internship (at a respectable bakery!) where I learned how to make hundreds of croissants to the sound of extremely loud heavy metal music chosen by the “kids” who worked there; kids whose skills put Parisians to shame.

I work full time, and my partner and I are raising 5 kids, so baking will always be a small-scale part of my life. That’s why I am limiting my customer base to very local neighbors. This lets me focus on quality of bread and quality of life.

This is the place where I will post info on the new items, unique stuff, recipe ideas, and storage instructions.

Because the business is so localized, I have the freedom to do, really, whatever I want as a menu. I welcome you to email me with customized orders, suggestions, feedback, and questions. My goal is to provide super fresh baked goods to our neighborhood. That’s it.

I look forward to meeting you!
